SEO for your business

SEO means your website makes sense, to people and to Google.

We work on the structure, the copy and your business information so a search engine knows what you do, where you serve customers and how to reach you. No tricks: the same things that help a person understand your website are what Google needs to show it.

If we build your website, basic SEO is already included and isn't charged separately. For an existing website there's a fixed-price SEO tune-up, and for businesses with a physical location, month-to-month Local SEO. We don't promise rankings: we show you what we did and what changed.

This is an illustrative example: it's not a real business or a real Google result.

What SEO means when you have a business, not a marketing team.

Google chooses what to show someone searching for “accountant in Encarnación” or “vet near me” by reading three things: your website, your Business Profile and what other sites say about you. SEO is getting the part that's up to you in order, so there's no doubt about what you do, where you do it and how to reach you.

  1. Structure

Each page with its own title, a description and headings in order, links Google can follow and a sitemap that tells it which pages exist. Loading fast and looking good on a phone matter too: Google looks at your website on a phone, just like your customers do.

  2. Content

Copy that says what you do, for whom and where, in the words your customers use. You don't need a blog: you need a services page that really talks about your services, with hours, areas served and prices if you have them.

  3. Business information

Your name, address, hours, phone number and WhatsApp, written the same way on your website, on Google and on your social media. If one place says “closes at 6 pm” and another “at 7 pm,” Google distrusts both, and so does your customer.

  4. Google Business Profile

The listing that shows up on Maps and next to the results when people search for your name or your type of business. In a local search it appears before any web page, so it pays to keep it complete, verified and up to date, with your own photos and your real hours.

  5. Google Search Console

Google's free tool that shows which searches your website appears in, how often, and how many clicks it gets. Without it, SEO is guesswork; with it, every decision has data behind it, and you can see the same data we do.

If we build your website, this is already done.

Basic SEO is part of every Hoky website, whether it's Essential, Business or Custom. It isn't an extra, and it isn't charged again later as an SEO tune-up.

What a new website doesn't include is the monthly Local SEO work or setting up your Google Business Profile: those are separate services, and you only sign up for them if they're useful to your business.

Every new website comes with

  • A unique title and description for each page.
  • Headings in order and internal links Google can follow.
  • One clean URL per page, with no empty or duplicate pages.
  • A sitemap and initial Search Console setup, under your own account.
  • Lightweight images and a design that looks good on a phone.
  • Your name, address, hours and WhatsApp written the same way across the site.

Three services, with price and scope in plain view.

Each one has a set number of hours and a concrete deliverable. The price is confirmed in writing before we start, and if the job needs more than the scope covers, we tell you before, not after.

  • SEO tune-up

    From PYG 290,000one-time payment

For an existing website of up to five pages that we didn't build.

    What we do

    • We review the website the way Google reads it: titles, headings, links, speed and mobile.
    • We put together a basic keyword map: the words your customers use to look for you.
    • We optimize up to three pages: titles, descriptions, headings and copy.
    • We set up Search Console and the sitemap if they're missing, using your Google account.

    Terms

Up to four hours of work. The final price depends on the state of the website, and we confirm it before we start.

If a bigger repair comes up, like a broken website or a hosting move, we quote it separately and you decide.

We give you a written summary of what we changed and why.

  • Google Business Profile

    PYG 190,000one-time payment

For a business with a physical location or a service area that doesn't have a Google listing yet, or has an incomplete one.

    What we do

    • We create the listing or improve the one you already have, using your Google account.
    • We add your business information and choose the right categories.
    • We upload the photos you give us, with permission to use them.
    • We guide you through verification: what Google will ask you for and how to respond.

    Terms

Up to two hours of work, for one location that's eligible under Google's rules.

Google decides whether to approve the listing and how long it takes. We can't speed it up or guarantee it, and we tell you so before we charge you.

For any of the three, we need access to your website or its hosting, plus a Google account of your own: Search Console and the Business Profile stay in your name, not ours.

Prices are for reference and are confirmed in writing before we start, along with the scope and timeline. We tell you the cost of external services (domain, third-party tools) before they're purchased. We don't guarantee Google rankings, inquiries or sales. Invoicing and taxes are confirmed in your quote.

What Local SEO doesn't include, spelled out before you sign up.

Four hours a month is enough to do thoughtful work on one website and one listing. It isn't enough for everything that sometimes gets sold as SEO, and there are things we wouldn't do even if it were.

  • New articles every month

Writing well takes time, and that time would come out of the optimization work. If your business needs new content, we quote it separately, with a plan.

  • Buying links

It's against Google's rules and can end in a penalty that costs more to undo than everything you gained. We don't do it.

  • Paid campaigns

Google Ads and social media ads are a different service, with a different budget. If we think they'd suit you better than SEO, we'll tell you.

  • Day-to-day social media

Posting on Instagram or answering messages isn't SEO. We can check that your profiles have the right details, but we don't manage them.

We don't promise Google rankings. We promise work you can see.

No one can honestly guarantee the top spot: Google decides with rules it doesn't publish, changes them often and compares your website with all the others for your type of business. Google itself recommends being wary of anyone who guarantees it, and the same goes for showing up in AI assistants.

What does depend on us is concrete: that your website says clearly what you do and where, that it's well built under the hood, that your information matches everywhere and that you have Search Console to see which searches you show up in. Every job ends with a report on what we did and what changed, and you have access to the same data we do.

That's the work a small business needs to compete in search with what it has. It makes less noise than a promise, and it's the only thing that holds up over time.

Tell us what your customers search for.

Message us with your website address, or tell us you don't have one yet, and we'll tell you which service fits, with price and scope in writing before we start.

How it works

  1. You message us On WhatsApp, with your website address and what you do.
  2. We tell you what makes sense SEO tune-up, Local SEO, the Business Profile or nothing yet. Price and scope in writing.
  3. We work in your accounts Search Console and the Profile stay in your name; we sign in with your permission.
  4. We show you what changed A short report, in plain language, with the next steps.
