This is launch pricing, with limited spots: it applies to the first projects we take on, with no deadline or countdown, and once the spots are filled you'll see it reflected on this same page.
All plans include phone-friendly design, basic SEO, domain connection and publishing. The domain and external services are paid separately. An editing panel, bookings, catalogs, payments and user accounts require an additional quote.
We confirm availability, scope and timeline in writing before we start; the timeline runs from when we receive your content, access and deposit.

- Third-party tools your project requires: we tell you the cost before they're purchased.
You provide accurate information about your business, your logo and photos you have permission to use. We organize the material and polish the copy: up to 300 words for Essential and 800 for Business and Custom.
Add-on services, with prices in plain view.
Get them on their own or with a plan. One-time services are done once; monthly ones are paid in advance, month to month, with no minimum term.

The basic SEO that comes with a new website isn't charged again: the SEO tune-up is for websites that already exist.
Website Care is optional and pays for work time, not hosting. Canceling it doesn't switch off your website or the panel you already paid for.
Prices are for reference and are confirmed in writing before we start, along with the scope and timeline. We tell you the cost of external services (domain, third-party tools) before they're purchased. We don't guarantee Google rankings, inquiries or sales.
How payment works: always a deposit, never all at once.
Pick the option that suits you. In all three, the balance is paid before the site goes live or on dates we agree on in writing, and the price is the same.

Custom in stages
40% to start, 30% when you approve the design and 30% before the site goes live.

- We don't start without a deposit: it's what holds your spot in our schedule.
- Monthly services (Website Care and Local SEO) are paid in advance, month to month, with no minimum term.
- Once payment is complete, you get your website's files, with a permanent right to use the included components. The domain and accounts stay in your name.
- Invoicing and taxes are confirmed in your quote, before we start.
What you pay separately, and what the first year costs.
The plan price is the only payment to Hoky. Everything outside it stays in your name and is paid to its own provider.
The domain
You register it in your name and pay the provider directly, for the first year and every renewal. Its price depends on the extension and the provider; we connect it at no extra cost.
External services, only if your project needs them
A booking tool with a paid plan, a form submission service or a paid email subscription. We tell you what they cost before they're purchased, and if there's a compatible free alternative, we use it.
You don't pay for hosting
We publish on compatible free static hosting, within its limits. It depends on a third party, so we don't sell it as free forever; if that ever changes, we'll weigh the options with you.

Questions about payments and prices.
Do I have to pay anything to get started?
Yes, always a deposit: 50% for Essential and Business, 40% for the Custom Website. It's what holds your spot and lets us get started with your content. We don't front the cost of domains or external services: you pay their providers directly, in your name.
Can I pay in three installments?
For Essential and Business, yes: 50% at the start, 25% before the site goes live and 25% once it has been live for 30 days, at the same launch price and with the dates in writing. The Custom Website is paid in stages: 40% at the start, 30% when you approve the design and 30% before the site goes live.
Is there a deadline for launch pricing?
There's no date or countdown. Spots are limited, and once they're filled, this page will show the plans as “Price on request” until we publish the next rates. You won't see crossed-out prices: the launch prices are the first ones we charge.
What about the domain?
You register it yourself, in your name, and pay the provider directly; if you already have one, even better. We connect it to the website and leave you a note of when it expires so you can renew it. If you ever switch web designers, the domain is still yours.
Do I have to pay anything every month?
No, unless you choose to. Hosting is free as long as the provider keeps its plan. Website Care and Local SEO are optional, paid month to month in advance, and you can cancel them with no minimum term; canceling them doesn't switch off your website.
What do I get once I've paid in full?
Your live website and its files, with a permanent right to use the included components. The hosting and domain accounts stay in your name, so your website doesn't depend on you continuing to hire us.
What if I want to change something after going live?
For 30 days, we fix any defect in what we delivered at no cost. Anything new, like different text, another photo or another section, goes through One-off changes, in blocks of up to 30 minutes, or comes under Website Care if you've signed up for it. An extra page or a new feature is quoted separately.
Does the price include taxes?
Invoicing and taxes are confirmed in your quote, at the time you hire us. That's why the amounts on this page are for reference: you'll have the final total in writing before you pay the deposit.
