What data passes through this site and what we do with it.
Very little, and it's all here. hokydigital.com is a static site with no cookies or analytics, hosted on Cloudflare and using typefaces from Google Fonts. The only thing we keep is what you write to us on WhatsApp or by email to put your project together, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What happens when you visit hokydigital.com.
There are no accounts, no forms and no programs on our side handling your data: these are ready-made pages that a server delivers as is. Here's everything that happens, with each provider named.
Served by Cloudflare
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver each page to you and to protect the site from attacks and abusive traffic, Cloudflare processes the technical data of the connection: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you requested and the time. It does so as the hosting provider, under its own policy.
We don't receive any information about who visits the site: we don't know who dropped by, only who wrote to us.
No cookies or analytics
The site doesn't set cookies, doesn't store anything in your browser and doesn't use any analytics or measurement tool, from Google or anyone else. That's why you don't see a cookie banner: there's nothing to accept.
If we ever add a tool like that, for example to count visits, we'll update this page first, with the provider's name and what data it receives.
The typefaces come from Google Fonts
The fonts you see (Gabarito and Nunito; on the home page also Fraunces, Lora and Outfit, for the example sites) load from Google Fonts. To display them, your browser requests the files from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), and with that request Google receives your IP address and the data your browser sends with any download. This is the only third-party connection the site makes on its own.
Google handles that data under its own policy. If you'd rather your browser didn't make that request, you can block those two domains: the site keeps working with your system's fonts.
Links to other sites
The site links to our Instagram, X, TikTok and Facebook accounts, and every WhatsApp button opens wa.me. When you follow one of those links, you leave hokydigital.com and that service's terms take over. They're ordinary links: they don't notify anyone of anything until you open them.
When you write to us, we talk on WhatsApp or by email.
We don't have a contact form: every inquiry reaches us through one of these two channels, which are third-party services with their own terms. We're the ones who read what you write to us, and it's used only for your inquiry or your project.
WhatsApp
A Meta service
The WhatsApp buttons on the site open a chat with our number, with a pre-written message you can edit or delete before sending it. The site doesn't send anything on its own: until you hit “Send” in WhatsApp, nothing has reached us.
What WhatsApp processes
- Your phone number, your profile name and the messages we exchange, under its own terms.
- The conversation stays on our phone and on yours, like any chat.
Email
Our mailbox is on Zoho Mail
If you write to us at contacto@hokydigital.com, the message arrives in a mailbox hosted on Zoho Mail. Zoho stores and processes it as the email provider, under its terms. Your own email provider does the same on your end.
What Zoho processes
- Your email address and the message's subject, content and attachments.
- Emails stay in that mailbox until we delete them.
What we keep from a conversation.
What we need to understand your project and build it. Nothing more, and for nothing else.
What we keep
- Your name, your business's name and where to message you.
- What you tell us about what you need: type of business, pages, timelines, references.
- The files you send us for the website: logo, photos, text, prices.
- The quote, what we agreed on in writing and the payment receipts.
What we don't do with it
- We don't sell it or pass it on to anyone. If a service you sign up for needs it (registering your domain in your name, for example), we tell you first.
- We don't build mailing lists or send advertising: we only write to you about your project.
- We don't use it for anything other than your website.
Your messages are read by the person who will build your website. They don't go through a sales team or a ticketing system.
If you want us to delete your data, ask and we'll do it.
No form, and no reasons needed. Write to us on the same channel we've been using, or at contacto@hokydigital.com, and tell us what you want deleted: the whole conversation, a specific file or everything.
What happens next
- We delete it The WhatsApp chat, the emails and the files you sent us, from our phone and our mailbox.
- We confirm On the same channel, once it's done. If there's something we can't delete, we tell you what and why.
- What may remain If we've already worked together, we keep the minimum needed as a record of the work done and the payment: the approved quote and the payment receipts.
Deleting on our side doesn't delete the copies left on yours (your own chat, your sent emails) or what WhatsApp or Zoho keep under their own rules: for that, each service has its own procedure.

When this page changes
This page describes the site as it works today. If anything about the site changes in a way that affects your data (a contact form, a tool to count visits, another provider), we update the text and the date. There's no “long” version somewhere else: this is all of it.
